Questions about pricing
- What is the difference between internal seats and reviewer seats?
- Internal seats are for your team members who log into the nod. workspace to upload creatives, manage campaigns, and review feedback. Reviewer seats are for named clients or stakeholders you invite by email. They get a personal magic link to review and approve without ever creating an account. Only internal seats require a login.
- Are reviewer seats really unlimited?
- Yes. Every paid plan includes unlimited reviewer seats. Invite as many named clients or stakeholders as you need; they each get a personal magic link and never count against a cap. The Free plan includes 3 reviewer seats.
- What are AI credits used for?
- AI credits power nod. Performance (image generation and the AI agent) and can be topped up with the +100 credits add-on. nod. Approval's own AI (ad copy, brand-guideline check, spec QA, feedback consolidation) is included on Pro and is not credit-metered.
- What are add-ons?
- Add-ons top up any paid plan: +1 internal seat for €15/month, or +100 AI credits for €19/month. Stack as many as you need from your billing settings. No full plan upgrade required.
- How much does annual billing save?
- Annual billing gives you 2 months free, roughly 17% off. Pro works out to €790/year. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
- Can I try nod. before paying?
- Yes. Start free with no credit card, and the Free plan stays yours indefinitely. You can also trial the full Pro feature set for 14 days and cancel any time with no penalty.
- How do cancellations and refunds work?
- Cancel from your billing settings whenever you want. No email, no retention call. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to Free. Hit a problem in the first 14 days? Email us and we will sort out a refund.
- Is VAT included in the price?
- Prices are shown net (ex-VAT). Any sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your country. Dodo Payments is our merchant of record, so your invoice is fully tax-compliant and you can add a VAT ID for the reverse-charge where it applies.
